We strive to respond promptly and provide the assistance you need. Is Vale Maison available internationally?

  • No, at this time. We only ship within the United States of America.

What is the typical delivery time for products?

  • Once you place your order, we begin production, which takes about 1-7 days to complete. In cases of a front and back print, production times may increase. We have done our best to source partners inside the United States for faster turn around times.

  • Please allow a minimum of a 7-10 day business day ship window. We ship USPS, Ground from various Facilities.

  • Please note, multiple items may ship from different U.S. facilities and may arrive separate from one another.

What type of packaging is used?

  • Clothing is shipped in high-quality poly-mailer bags, paper envelopes, and card board boxes for larger items.

  • Products that require extra protection will be shipped in padded mailers or cardboard boxes.

  • Wall clocks are shipped in recycled cardboard boxes with bubble wrap surrounding the clock.

  • Mugs will be packaged in durable polystyrene boxes or recyclable cardboard boxes with additional inserts for padding.

RETURNS - Please see below for our return policies and steps to return an item(s).

  • If you are unsatisfied with your item, you may return it within 15 days from the day you received it for a full refund.

  • Because we offering free shipping on all our products, you will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return.

  • Please include a copy of your invoice when sending your time back. Without it, ice will not be able to quickly offer you a refund. If you have forgotten the invoice, please email Jamie@valemaison.com.

  • A full refund will be issued to the payment method you used when purchasing the item. Please allow 5 business days for processing. It is also advised to consult with your financial institution to understand their processing times.

  • We reserve the right to inspect all garments and orders once returned. Should your item not meet quality standards, we will not issue you a refund. Please see below for a list of examples that may prevent you from receiving a full refund.

    • If your item(s) is received at our facility damaged. Please contact your shipping carrier to place a claim. We understand things happen so email us at Jamie@valemaison.com for additional support.

    • If your item(s) has evidence of any of the following: Wear, tear, rips, stains, odors, animal/human hair.

  • Because we are just getting started, we are unable to process exchanges. If you are returning an item for a different size you will need to return the original item and repurchase the new size desired. Thank you for your patience as we grow our little store.
